Questions
Are prices removed from my store?
No — they're hidden from shoppers, not deleted. Your products keep their prices in Shopify, so reports, draft orders and other apps work as usual.
Can I show prices to logged-in wholesale customers?
Yes. Hide prices only from shoppers who aren't logged in, and approved B2B company contacts can always see prices if you allow it.
What happens when a shopper accepts?
You get an email and the quote is marked accepted. On Standard, one click creates a Shopify draft order with your quoted prices, ready to invoice.
Will the button match my theme?
Yes. The quote button and form use your theme's fonts, colours and button style. You add them in the theme editor; nothing is written into your theme's code.
What counts toward the 5 free quotes?
Each quote request a shopper sends in a calendar month, counted in your store's time zone. Standard has no limit.
